  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Tamworth, New Hampshire.
  • We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping.
  • Delivery times depend on your location, chosen shipping method, and external factors such as weather or high demand.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, and we will notify you accordingly.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Available for all orders

3.2 Expedited Shipping

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Any applicable taxes and fees will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount (as part of special promotions).

5. Packaging and Plant Care During Shipping

  • We take great care in packaging our plants to ensure they arrive healthy and undamaged.
  • Our packaging materials include eco-friendly boxes, protective wraps, and moisture-retaining materials to maintain plant health.
  • During extreme weather conditions (hot or cold), we may delay shipment to protect plant quality.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at info@elementhato.net.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes due to the fragile nature of our products.
  • Some plants may be restricted in certain states due to agricultural regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternative product.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
  • Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions. However, if your package is significantly delayed, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

9. Damaged Items and Replacements

  • If your plant arrives damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
  • For non-plant products (pots, accessories), we accept damage claims within 7 days of delivery.

10. Changes to Shipping Address

  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours.
  • Address changes after shipment are not guaranteed and may result in additional fees.

11. Cancellations and Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
